1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yeevu.com and all related digital products, platforms, and services operated by Yeevu LLC (“Yeevu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or any Yeevu service, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Yeevu Services are provided by one of two companies, according to where the client is based (the “Provider”): Yeevu LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001686358), for clients based in the United States; and TK WebHosts Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House company number 10252550), 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, for clients in the United Kingdom and every other country. The Provider named in the client’s order, quote or invoice is the contracting party, the party invoicing and paid, the party responsible for the client’s data and the party liable under these Terms. Personal data processed inside client systems is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Eligibility

By using Yeevu Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that all information provided to Yeevu is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Services Provided

Yeevu provides digital infrastructure and software solutions, including AI-powered website design, email deliverability systems, marketing automation tools, and other online services (collectively, “Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services without prior notice, provided that ongoing contractual obligations are honored.

5. Account Registration and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Yeevu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Yeevu platform or engage in activities that may disrupt or damage Yeevu’s systems or reputation. Prohibited actions include:

Using Yeevu Services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent campaigns
Attempting unauthorized access to Yeevu infrastructure or data
Infringing on intellectual property rights or distributing malicious content
Engaging in illegal, abusive, or unethical conduct through Yeevu systems

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees for paid Services are displayed prior to purchase or subscription.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Invoices are issued by the Provider: Yeevu LLC for clients based in the United States, and TK WebHosts Ltd, through its client billing portal, for clients in the United Kingdom and every other country. Renewals and billing cycles are governed by your specific service agreement or plan.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is subject to Yeevu’s refund policy or the platform terms (e.g., Fiverr, WHMCS, or partner channels).

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, source code, and creative content displayed through Yeevu’s websites and platforms remain the exclusive property of Yeevu LLC. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Yeevu Services solely for lawful business or personal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Yeevu integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace, Cloudflare, AWS, or n8n). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Yeevu is not responsible for third-party system availability, accuracy, or performance issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yeevu Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Yeevu does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from technical errors, downtime, or data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeevu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeevu LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

Yeevu may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the client’s Provider: for Yeevu LLC, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with the state or federal courts located in Wyoming having exclusive jurisdiction; for TK WebHosts Ltd, the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

Yeevu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published at /legal/terms. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
